Richard Sarvate quit tech to do stand-up. Oops! He started performing in San Francisco in 2011 and now lives in Los Angeles. He talks about his experience as a first-generation Indian immigrant, mental illness, and his time in Silicon Valley. Watching Richard perform is hilariously unpredictable. He can be vulnerable or silly. He can be thoughtful or in-your-face. One minute he's talking about a taqueria that serves fortune churros, and the next minute he's bringing up Bitcoin.
