About me
Nick Leonard is a San Francisco writer, cartoonist and comedian, He starting doing stand up comedy at Josie's Juice Joint, performs locally and internationally at such venues as Cobb's, the Punchline, The Marsh, The Herbst Theater, NYU, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and the Vancouver International Comedy Festival. He produced Qcomedy, San Francisco's long running LGBTQ comedy showcase and co produced the very successful Bi-licious Shows in the Queer Arts Festival. He has also taught and performed Improv with Bay Area Theatresports, taught sketch comedy at the Hyena Comedy Institute. And his drag character, Ginorma Desmond, performs as a member of the House Of Glitter and the Peaches Christ Players.
He relocated last year to Los Angeles, where he's now performing improv and stand up comedy shows and working my way through the Groundlings School
