Julia Sweeney is an actor, writer, and comedian. She was born in Spokane, Washington in 1959. She joined The Groundlings improv group and from there was cast on SNL where she worked from 1990 – 1995. She has created 3 one-person comedy shows: "God Said Ha!"(show was on Broadway, filmed by Miramax) "Letting Go of God" (Showtime) and "Julia Sweeney: Older & Wider" (YouTube.) She has performed in many TV shows and films including: "Pulp Fiction," Frasier, Shrill, American "Gods," "Not Dead Yet," "Night Court," "Brooklyn 99," and many others.
