Carl Tart was born in the great state of Mississippi and raised in the mean streets of West LA. Some TV credits include "Transparent," "Lethal Weapon," "Comedy Bang! Bang!" and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine". He has been a staff writer on "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," "MadTV" and IFC's "Brockmire."
